Finished For Safety And Functionality
All our steel is 14-gauge, pre-galvanized, and powder coated. This combination provides superior rust resistance to ensure the safety, beauty, and functionality of your stabling equipment for many years to come. A key difference that our competitors overlook is the process we use to prepare our fabrications prior to coating. All of our steel components are pressure washed to ensure maximum adhesion of the powder-coat finish.
We also offer zinc primer as an additional rust inhibitor. Salt-spray tests show this process is as effective at preventing rust as hot-dip galvanization, which we also offer for an additional cost. If your horse barn is in a coastal area with salt spray, it is recommended that your equine equipment has this extra layer of protection.
Color Selection
We offer 11 standard colors for the steel components of our stalls, windows and doors. In addition, we can also custom match to just about any color you need. We use super durable, UV-stabilized TGIC polyester powder coating that is non-toxic. Our coating system is baked on and will last for years.
