We have refined and perfected the process of welding steel bars to the frame. We learned over time that the connection points at the top and bottom channels are challenged by moisture and the corrosive nature of horse supplements. We remedied this by laser cutting smooth round holes, recessing the steel bars 1.5 inches into the holes, and single-point welding them on the back side. Our precision cutting and welding techniques enhance the structural integrity of our horse stall equipment by minimizing the possibility of corrosion. Classic horse stalls are simply safer and last much longer than stalls from other manufacturers.
